Maintenance Of Three Private Facilities Shifted To MCG In Gurugram

The maintenance of three private colonies namely – Sushant Lok Phase 1, DLF phases (1 to 3), and Palam Vihar has been handed over to MCG in Gurugram. This is considered quite an achievement especially as the decision was finally accepted by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar after quite a long legal battle with the residents of these areas.

All three places are from a posh part of the area and constructed by licensed builders. Owing to the amenities and quick proximity of these posh areas they are soon being occupied. Hence, to book an apartment in any of these areas you must start to plan early. You can consider getting a home loan from reputed lenders such as NBFCs who offer high-value loan at an affordable rate of interest and flexible repayment tenure.

Residents were waiting for the transfer since the city’s name was changed from Gurgaon to Gurugram. The DHVBN (Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam) and TCP (town and country planning) departments will take care of the deficient infrastructure of the colonies which is actually the responsibility of the developers and will be completed by them. While facilities such as the club and community center will be still handled by the TCP department.

Further, the developers of these colonies are supposed to apply for the completion certificate from the corporation to maintain the deficiencies in the infrastructure for the coming 5 years right from the time it is issued. Failing to do so they have to bear the cost of such deficiencies.
